One Love

         This collection is all about Jamaica and the values their people have. I too am Jamaican and wanted to create a collection to honor the country. Jamaica is all about valueing the natural resources they have around them and making the best use out of them. The gold in the flag symbolizes the sun and the natural wealth it provides. The green in the flag symbolizes hope and the agricultural resources of the land. The black in the flag symbolizes the strength and creativity of the people to make something special out of what they are given. I named the collection One Love because that is truly what Jamaica means. There is unity within the country and everyone appreciates what the land gives them.
